John has been with Cork Howard for 25 years, and opened the Tampa office in 2003 operating as Vice President and Project Executive. He has considerable experience in leading large-scale construction projects, driving operational excellence, and achieving significant revenue growth. John is adept at strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering client relationships. He has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Mark has been with Cork Howard for 27 years and is currently our Atlanta office President and Project Executive. Mark has a pivotal leadership role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring Cork Howard’s market growth. He also coordinates the efforts of all departments, while continually evaluating and improving our operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, increase productivity, and strengthen relationships with our clients.

Gene started Cork Howard in 1995, and as CEO is responsible for the overall success and direction of Cork Howard. He provides leadership to the executive team, ensuring the alignment of the company’s strategic goals and operational efficiency, and safeguarding the financial health of the company. He also leads the efforts of the executive team to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, leading to high levels of client satisfaction and securing repeat business.
