Design-build at Grady Hospital which was a complete renovation of existing residents work spaces including new collaborative meeting rooms, a new breakroom, lounge spaces and open study. Included in this design build project was upgrading MEP infrastructure original to the building construction.

The renovation took place on an accelerated schedule in order for the facility to be open and operational in time for the fall semester. The majority of the work for this project was performed during normal daytime hours while the building was occupied with students and staff, which required strict measures to ensure the safety of the occupants.
Renovation of an entire floor, taking the building back to its “bare bones” and developing the space into a new fully-functioning modernized machining mall. It features a heavy duty non-skid epoxy floor coating and sleek GA Tech themed paint scheme to give it the look and feel of a NASCAR shop.
