Atlanta Housing Authority
A nominee for the 2009 AGC Build Georgia Award, this project was comprised of a distinctive three-phase renovation build-out for The Atlanta Housing Authority. The first phase invovlved the replacement of a new mechanical system, including air handling unit and ductwork throughout, as well as the replacement and installation of new ceiling tile and grid. Phase Two invloved the re-carpte of all seven (7) floors plus lifing new furniture from teh ground to impacted floors. During the final phase of the project, the boardroom was built-out as well as retro-fitting a large portion of the first floor; including breakroom, teaming areas, etc.
