GE Executive Floor
This project was one of many for this client. Indeed, Cork-Howard also constructed a data center, a customer service call center, a conference center and several typical tenant floors. All required extensive budgeting, value engineering and detailed scheduling. While each of these had extremely tight construction schedules, the original end-dates for these projects were never compromised.
The executive floor project was the build-out of a high finish office with an aggressive schedule. This space necessitated a sequential building order to allow for the protection of some very expensive and delicate finishes, such as shop finished millwork, 6”-wide plank wood floors, fabric walls and ceiling panels, Venetian plaster, and etched patterned glass.
