This four-floor interiors project with high-end finishes included pear wood panels, custom maple furniture, stone floors, extensive amounts of glass walls and doors and fiber optic lighting. The tenant was operating in a fully completed space in 24 weeks. The project required many design/construction meetings in order to achieve the “look” the owner demanded.
