WINNER: 2007 Association of General Contractors' Build Georgia Award
This project consisted of the removal of two existing 250-ton chillers and their replacement with two new 500-ton chillers and a new 40,000cfm air handler unit. All equipment was installed in a new, building located on the roof of a six-story building. All hospital systems remained in service during the entire construction period, including the change over from the old equipment to the new.
