Bain & Company
Demanding elements of this project included a compressed schedule and the coordination of the Certificates of Occupancy which ran concurrent to the shell construction. Bain & Co. was one of the first tenants to go into the newly constructed Terminus building. This was a multi-floor build-out with detailed and contemporary finishes. Major challenges to this project was working with constantly moving scope changes – especially with the finishes and coordination with the base-building contractor, and multiple tenant general contractors. The tenant moved in on time and was very happy with their beautiful new space. Upon completion, this project earned the 2008 AGC Build Georgia Award MERIT AWARD.
