Cork-Howard reconfigured this occupied interior tenant space. High-end finishes included doors with sidelights and high-grade carpet. Additionally, we provided and installed three additional HVAC units in the executive area. This work had to be performed in off-hours to eliminate distraction and was turned over in “perfect” condition.
