This project consisted of an executive floor, several typical trader floors, a monumental stair connecting two of the floors, trading area and a computer room. The aggressive schedule was complicated further because the tenant’s Certificate of Occupancy coincided with that of the base building. A majority of the tenant work had to be completed prior to the enclosure of the exterior skin of the base building.
