This project included multiple projects ranging in size from 4,000sf to 38,000sf, often running concurrently in multi-phases on one or more floors at a time. The schedule for each phase was extremely tight and required detailed logistical planning and team coordination. The projects included executive areas, administrative areas, classrooms, technical training labs, a conference center, a computer room and the addition of a 70-ton cooling tower. In addition, Cork-Howard Construction provided multiple budgets and extensive value engineering service throughout the process.
