Mirant
This project consisted of the interior build-out of a 12-story building which was still under construction. It included six floors of standard office fit-out, an executive floor, a multi-purpose floor with conference center, training rooms, a credit union and a legal department. Mirant asked for two additional typical floors, including two separate internal stairways, an executive boardroom, a video conferencing room and a dimming and audio/visual system within the original target date. Although challenging, the construction team was able to successfully integrate this design into the project without altering the original schedule deadline.
