WINNER: Associated General Contractors' 2012 Build Georgia Award.
The challenge to this multi-floor tenant build-out dealt primarily with the scope and schedule of the project. Windham Brannon was to occupy over 36,00sf of virgin tenant space with teh vision of completion wtihin a seven-week window. High-end finishes and storefront glass added to the complexity of a tight schedule and fast-paced project. Cork-Howard not only delivered the project on-time and within budget.
