WINNER Associated General Contractors' 2010 Build Georgia Award.
This project was comprised of a distinctive four-phase renovation build-out for Royal Philips Electronics. The first phase involved the construction of a 5,000sf computer room. It was urgent this client obtain possession of this critical and sensitive area due to the importance for the other areas of the build-out.
Phase Two of this project involved completing approximately 50,000sf of general office and workstation space.
The almost 30,000sf that comprised the third phase of the project would house the ultrasound machines and patient monitors, as well as the technical support staff. Due to the critical nature of the equipment, the call center would be operated on a 24-hour/seven day-a-week basis. An estimated 40 ultrasound machines would be on-site in order to quickly accommodate sites where these critical machines are utilized.The final phase of this project included around 25,000sf of executive suite build-out. High-end finishes, boardrooms, and conference areas were completed to compliment the prestige of this global company.
